  Many people clean their homes before the cleaner comes. Maybe they don't want the cleaner to waste time on the bigger tidying so that they can focus on the deep clean. Many people feel they need to get in shape before seeing someone for help and guidance. Why? Are people afraid they won't be able to handle the workout? So, should you try to improve your fitness before seeing an exercise professional? Do you need a certain fitness baseline to be fit enough to benefit from a training program?
